Reward points are redeemable for cash, gift cards, travel, and more! You choose how you want to redeem your uChoose Rewards points. Redeem points in online banking or the mobile app with Control My Card.

How It Works

Use Your Card

Earn uChoose Rewards^® points by using your KTVAECU^® debit card as “credit” at the register. If you have our Visa^®Platinum credit card or business credit card, use it as you normally would to earn reward points!

View Points Balance

In order to view uChoose Rewards points balance and redeem, login to the Online Banking or Mobile App, and click Control My Card. Then select Rewards in the menu.

Redeem Your Rewards

You can redeem points for cash, gift cards, travel points, or more! YOU decide how you want to be rewarded. Redeem points in Online Banking or the Mobile App with Control My Card.

Earn uChoose Rewards

Use your Credit Union debit or credit card for purchases and earn points redeemable for cash, gift cards, travel, and more! If you are a Member with a debit or credit card, YOU are already earning points! Be sure to sign on every transaction, rather than entering a PIN, since only signature-based purchases earn rewards points. If prompted for a PIN, simply ask the cashier to run the transaction as CREDIT.

Check your points balance with Control My Card.

How to Redeem Your Points

Log in to Online Banking or the Mobile App
Click Control My Card in the menu (under Additional Services in Online Banking)
Select Rewards
Then click Redeem Points and select how you want to redeem points

Every 2,500 points = $25.00 cash for debit card
Every 1,000 points = $10.00 cash for credit card

¹ Debit cards must be used as “CREDIT” to earn rewards. CREDIT transactions will not earn rewards when processed on a debit network; KTVAECU assumes no liability for transactions processed by the merchant on a debit network. The minimum uChoose Rewards points to redeem for business & consumer credit cards is 1,000 points; the minimum for consumer debit cards is 2,500 points. Not valid on KTVAECU business debit cards.
